On this property within Keystone Preserve, we were hired for the Roof Soft Wash/Cleaning and House Wash of this large home with multi color barrel tile. We made sure to bag up all the gutters with trash bags to collect all of the runoff from the roof. We also watered the plants as we went along the roof to ensure there would be 0 damage from the strong bleach that gets sprayed on the roof tiles. Due to our very efficient equipment and cleaning methods, we were able to complete the roof cleaning within 6 hours from start to finish. That includes the prep, coating of bleach, and roof rinse. Our customer was so pleased that he elected to have Revive and Restore soft wash the roof every 2 years. This cleaning should be good for about 3-5 years but it’s much easier to give it a “maintenance wash” every 2 years than a heavy cleaning when it gets dark algae staining.
