One of our current customers, asked us to come power wash the house, pool cage and deck so he could get the house on the market. They had everything else in order and the last thing was to give the house one final wash before the house gets listed on the MLS.
For the house wash, we lightly sprayed our cleaning detergents to help lift up any of the stubborn dirt and bugs that were on the surface. This allowed for an easy and low pressure rinse leaving the siding sparkling clean.
After the house wash was complete, we made our way to the backyard to clean up the framing of the cage, screens, and pool deck. The white framing has a bit of algae growth but easily came clean. For the painted deck, we applied the same cleaning solution to help lift that dirt and algae from the surface to allow for easy rinsing. With painted concrete, one must be careful not to use too much water pressure as to not chip away at the paint. We are able to use a very safe process that helps keep the deck clean and maintained for maximum lifespan of the paint.
