This roof cleaning in the Highland Lakes community made for some good before and after pictures. As for all of our roof cleaning, we applied our Softwash solution to kill the black algae growth known as gloecapsa magma (an airborne algae). Our cleaning process is the recommended process on how to clean a roof according to ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association).
