We performed a tile roof cleaning for a customer in Cobb’s Landing. They got a notice from the Homeowners Association requesting that it be cleaned. First we made sure to protect the landscaping from any runoff or overspray of our solution. Then we sprayed the roof with our roof cleaning solution. After the roof was cleaned, we hosed it all down and heavily rinsed the landscaping off one more time. We also applied a fertilizer and bleach neutralizer to some of the areas that needed a bit of extra attention.
