Within the Keystone Park community, we were hired to perform a roof cleaning, house washing and gutter cleaning. The roof had not been cleaned in at least 4 years. We soft washed the roof with our low pressure cleaning detergents to help kill all of the black algae stains known as gloecapsa magma. On all of our roof cleanings, we make sure to protect the landscaping down below from any potential runoff of overspray from our cleaning solution. The same solution that kills the roof algae can kill plants and grass if not careful. This is one of the more important reasons to do your homework when hiring a roof cleaning professional. We dont want to solve one issue and cause another problem in doing so. We make sure to heavily water all of the nearby plants and grass, bag up the downspouts, and spray a bleach neutralizer if needed.

For the second part of the job, we gave the house a full wash down to remove any bugs, nests, dirt, pollen, algae. With this house being so close to the water and having so many trees above, the siding gets dirty and full of bugs, FAST! With that being said, when the customer heard that we offered a semi-annual maintenance cleaning plan, she jumped on it. She was able to save money and have us come our more often to maintain the property.
