On this job within the Cypress Lake Estates neighborhood, we were hired once again to give this beautiful home a house wash to remove all the bugs, spider webs, and dirt that had accumulated over the last 6 months since our previous service. We also cleaned up the painted concrete back patio. Some pressure washing companies may try to tackle that job with high pressure to blast away the dirt. That can actually cause the painted to chip away from the surface.

We apply a detergent that does the hard work for us so we can lightly rinse off the patio and not cause a paint issue with the concrete. This is one of the many reasons why it is important to hire a exterior cleaning professional that knows how to clean all different types of surfaces around each and every home.
