Within the Lansbrook community, located in Palm Harbor, we were tasked with pressure washing a pool patio and cage for a repeat customer of ours. Our customer mentioned that he tried it himself but had no luck getting the heavy algae stains on the screens and framing of the pool enclosure. With the proper solution, we are able to kill and remove any stains whether it accumunlated from over 1 year to 10 years. We lightly mist our solution onto the screen and cage and let it sit for about 5 minutes (some darker stains may take longer). We go around checking all of the corners of the cage to make sure we hit every spot. Then we give everything a good rinse with our pressure washer (the pressure is set to a very low psi similar to a garden hose). This allows for a safe cleaning of the painted aluminum framing and screens.

After the pool cage was fully cleaned, we moved on to the paver deck. We take a surface cleaner to the pavers to clean off any dirt, bugs, debris. For any algae growth, we treat it with our detergents to completely remove it. We do our best to avoid getting dirty water into the pool. Finally, we rinse away all of the dirty out by one of the doors to the screen enclosure.

Needless to say, our customer was very pleased with the result. He also mentioned that he was glad he hired the right exterior cleaning company to get the job done correctly and efficiently!
