We cleaned this clay tile roof in the Keystone Park area. For these roofs, its not recommended to walk on the roof due to the possibility of cracking a tile. We positioned a ladder resting on the edge of the roof and sprayed our chemical solution to kill the black algae. After 2-3 applications all of the algae was gone. The customer was happy to see that his tiles were not harmed during this process.
